coupe window problem!?!?!?

Wierd problem, the polarity from the switch to my window on o/s is reversed??? up is down and vice versa? very odd, have switched the switch usd temporarily but wanna get it sorted and is a pain when closing and opening the doors!!! any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
