Heater of the back window

Need some help two days ago my heaters on the back window did stop working from the nothing, did check the fuse but its ok, am working on a sub box and take the sheet metal in the back of the back seats, but removing that sheet the heaters were working good, i tdid happend a day after i try the box, i though i hit a wire or something but i check them they look good, but noticed that one of the wires was unplugged since before and when i plug it back it makes interference with the radio when i hit the heat button, i check the black box from where the wire come from and the wire is for the heater not the antenna, am confused and dont know what to do, any advice on what else check or what to do will be apreciated

After you plugged that wire, does the the back window heat fine?
