How do I turn the fog lights on?

I bought a Jap import 318si, here in NZ, which of course came with a Japanese language manual. I cannot find the button/switch for the fog lights? Pushed everything I can and nothing seems to make them work. Help!!!

Not sure about a Jap 318, mine (325is) is a small round button next to the headlight dial switch. I would guess you would have tried that already.

On mine I also have an extra button for rear fogs. Also make sure you have your head lights switched to parkers(first position) for your fogs to work.
