Slight nocking noise.

Postby m3.wannabe on Tue Jun 09, 2009 12:12 am

I just bought a 1995 e36 325i coupe when i was taking it for a test drive everything was fine however when i puled back up the owener who was with me said that there was a bushing gone just below the gear stick and sometimes when its in revirse you can hear a nocking noise. He said it didnt do it there when you where reversing but i just throught i should tell you about it. I have now heard this noise it sound as if somthing is hitting the mane drive shaft.
Do any of you know waht this is and is it hard to fix.

Sorry for any speeling mistakes.

Thanks.
