Vibration on front end

hi all just signed up got a 318is thought you guys could help. basically car is find until you get to to 45mph+ in a straight line is fine and turning left is fine but as soon as you go the slightest right it vibrates like mad.at first i thought might be a wheel balance issue had them all done and is still the same could it be the lower arm bushes they have a little play in them but didnt think it would cause it to be that bad if any one can help would be great thanks.
