hi i am in the prosses of doing up my e36. i want to paint the rocker cover and intake manifold the same colour of my car....

[color=#0040FF]so my question to you guys is ....[/color]

can u use halfords 2k car paint on these items using etch primer and high temp laquer

Would you not be better off using Hammerite? It would withstand extreme temperatures and it purpose designed for metal.

ohh yes that will work but i wanted to colour code them exactly to the car.

Ahh yes, you'll be limited to a set few colours with Hammerite.
