Supsension Compatibility...

Just purchased a 99' 328ci with 150k miles. Suspension on the car is very bouncy and definitely needs replacing/upgrading. A pal of mine is offering me a new suspension kit once meant for his old 93' M3. Can these
parts be installed on my e36? Can anyone directed me as to where I should point my parts research?

new to the forum and e36 (loving it)
