tough/hard clutch

Postby manolobonz on Mon Jan 19, 2009 10:51 am

hey guys, need some insight on how to make my clutch softer. I've got no problems at all with my clutch and transmission. I just noticed that my clutch is harder/tougher than my cousin's, we have the same specs for a '98 316i. Someone on another site shared that he had clutch sliding and noise, so he had these parts replaced: new clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing. and he said his clutch is softer than a brand new jap car. Haha. Since mine is only hard with no problems, which of these parts should I replace to soften up my clutch?

Thank you!
