wining noise from rear of car

hi i was driveing along last nite and i could hear a wining noise wich i thort was the breaks
but when i parked up i always leave the car a few mins before i turn it off and the noise was comein from the back of the car while it was stationary and on tick over any ideas

Is it the very back of the car or under the middle?

buy the rear wheels it keeps stopin and comein bk i wonder if it is the fuel pump wineing

if i remember rightly the fuel pump acces is under the rear seats.

next time it does this "wineing" jump in the back and have a listen down in each of the rear foot wells. you should hear it then.

if its the fuel pump that is!!
